Which HLP model do I need?

Standard (p Series): Choose this for routine instrumental analysis (AAS, IC, HPLC, GC) where Type II water is sufficient. UV Series: Choose this when your workflow requires sterile Type I water — bacteria cultures, biochemical analyses, or EP-compliant applications. Both series share the same compact footprint and are powered by tap water pressure alone. Select 5, 10, or 20 based on your daily water consumption.

Why HLP Series

Engineered for laboratory reliability

Every HLP demineralizer is built with laboratory-grade materials and multi-stage purification to deliver consistent, standards-compliant water day after day.

💧

Multi-Stage Purification

Sediment filtration, activated carbon, water softening, mixed-ion-exchange demineralization, and reverse osmosis work in sequence to remove contaminants at every level.

⚖️

ISO 3696 Compliant

Output water meets PN-EN ISO 3696:1999 Type II purity, plus ASTM, CLSI, and FP pharmacopeia standards. UV models also deliver Type I purity.

🧬

Stainless Steel Housing

Acid-proof stainless steel construction resists corrosion in demanding lab environments. Built to last with minimal maintenance requirements.

💻

Microprocessor Control

LCD interface provides real-time monitoring of conductivity, flow, and filter status. Simple, user-friendly management of all system functions.

🔌

Tap Water Powered

The water circuit runs entirely on municipal tap water pressure. Electrical power is only needed for the control system and 24V water pump — consuming just 20–100W.

☀️

UV Sterilization (UV Models)

254 nm UV lamp eliminates bacteria and microorganisms for Type I water purity. Essential for biological and biochemical research applications.

Applications

Built for analytical precision

HLP purified water supports the most demanding analytical techniques across chemistry, biology, and pharmaceutical laboratories.

AAS

Atomic absorption spectroscopy requires contaminant-free water for sample preparation, standard dilution, and blank measurements. HLP water eliminates trace metal interference.

ICP-MS / ICP-OES

Ultra-trace elemental analysis demands the highest purity water. HLP output minimizes background contamination for accurate parts-per-trillion measurements.

HPLC

High-performance liquid chromatography mobile phase preparation requires low-conductivity water to prevent baseline noise and ghost peaks.

Ion Chromatography

IC eluent preparation and sample dilution require water free of ionic contaminants. HLP conductivity <0.06 µS/cm ensures clean baselines.

GC Sample Prep

Gas chromatography sample preparation and solvent-grade water for extractions. Consistent purity eliminates batch-to-batch variability.

Bacteria Cultures (UV)

UV-sterilized Type I water for microbiological media preparation, cell culture workflows, and sterile rinsing. 254 nm lamp ensures biological decontamination.

Biochemical Analysis (UV)

Enzyme assays, protein purification, and molecular biology workflows that require endotoxin-free, sterile water with documented purity compliance.

Pharmaceutical QC

Purified production water meeting FP pharmacopeia requirements for quality control laboratories in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
